Why I built this

I spent years investing at night, around a full-time job. I tracked entries and exits in a spreadsheet I rarely updated, so I never really knew my returns. I did not write down why I bought things, so I could not separate good decisions from lucky ones. And too often, research ended with dozens of open tabs and less clarity than when I started.

Professional investors have teams. I had Sunday afternoons. TierOne is the team I wanted.

The overload

From a stack of tabs
to one clear brief.

Filings, earnings calls, feeds, blogs, and newsletters rarely line up neatly. TierOne reads across fundamentals, macro, screening, and risk, then turns the work into a brief you can actually use: the case for, the case against, the risk view, and the price that matters.

The record

The record
keeps itself.

Most portfolio spreadsheets fail for the same reason: they rely on you remembering to update them. In TierOne, decisions happen through the system, so entries, exits, theses, and rationale are captured as you go. Your return history stays current without becoming another chore.

The learning loop

Separate skill
from luck.

Every decision is logged with a falsifiable prediction, a kill condition, and a review date. Later, TierOne grades the quality of the process, not just the result. A good call can still lose money. A weak thesis can still work. The point is knowing which is which.

The counterfactual

It keeps score
against you, too.

Every analyst recommendation can also run through a paper portfolio without your human filter. The gap between that portfolio and your real one shows whether your judgment is adding value. Most investors never get that feedback. TierOne makes it visible.

You decide. Always. Agents can research and recommend, but nothing trades without your approval.
Every claim has a source. Each recommendation links back to the memos, sources, and evidence behind it.
It looks for the other side. Every thesis carries kill criteria, and TierOne flags when the bear case is too thin.

How it works

From raw idea to decision,
with the trail intact.

TierOne runs a disciplined investment process in three steps. Most of the work happens before anything reaches your desk.

01 Daily

Your team runs every day

Analysts screen, research, and monitor your positions and watchlist across fundamentals, macro, screening, and risk.

→ continues
02 Briefs

You get briefs, not homework

Each brief gives you the bull case, bear case, risk view, and price context so you can make a clean yes-or-no call.

03 Score

The system keeps score

Decisions, rationale, returns, and process grades are tracked automatically as you use the system.

● tracked
Bring your own AI

Use the AI capacity
you already pay for.

If you already pay for Claude, OpenAI, or an agent client, TierOne can use that capacity for your portfolio. Your model runs the analyst team on your schedule and your bill. TierOne stays the system of record.

MCP Connect an agent

Connect a client you already use

Add TierOne as a custom MCP server in Claude, Cowork, or any MCP-capable client, then sign in with your TierOne login. On the cadence you set, your agent picks up the fund role that needs attention, reads your live portfolio, and writes memos, signals, briefs, and votes back through audited tools scoped to your fund.

→ best for plan-based clients (e.g. Claude Max)
API Drop in a key

Or bring your API key

Add an Anthropic or OpenAI key in Settings and TierOne handles the routing. The Chief of Staff chat and scheduled agents use your model and bill to your account at cost. Your key is stored encrypted, never reaches the browser, and can be revoked any time.
